NOTICE:
Wear protective gloves. Sharp areas on the parts may injure your hands.
1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT INNER BELT SUB-ASSEMBLY
2. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK COVER INNER LH

(a) Remove the screw. |
(b) Disengage the 4 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and then remove the rear seat lock cover inner.
3. REMOVE REAR SEAT LOCK COVER OUTER RH
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
(b) Disengage the 3 claws in the order shown in the illustration, and then remove the rear seat lock cover outer.
4. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Remove the 2 bolts. |
(b) Using a T45 "TORX" socket, remove the 2 bolts and 2 bushes. Then remove the rear No. 2 seat cushion assembly.
5. REMOVE NO. 3 SEAT CUSHION SPRING ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Remove the 5 hog rings. |
|
(b) Remove the hooks and No. 3 seat cushion spring assembly. |
6. REMOVE NO. 2 SEAT CUSHION COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Remove the 10 hog rings and No. 2 seat cushion cover sub-assembly. |
7. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER LH
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
(b) Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion cover.
8. REMOVE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER OUTER RH
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
(b) Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat cushion cover.
9. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY
10. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HANDLE

(a) Remove the 2 screws. |
(b) Disconnect the cable and remove the rear No. 2 seat handle.
11. REMOVE REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
(b) Disconnect the cable and remove the rear back lock control lever sub-assembly.
12. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Disengage the 9 clips and remove the rear seatback board sub-assembly. |
13. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear No. 2 seat headrest supports. |
14. REMOVE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD
|
(a) Disengage the hook. |
|
(b) Disengage the hooks and remove the seatback cover with pad. |
15. REMOVE NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Remove the 13 hog rings and No. 2 seatback cover from the seatback pad. |
16. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER LH
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
(b) Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat reclining cover.
17. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING COVER INNER RH
|
(a) Remove the screw. |
(b) Disengage the claw and remove the rear seat reclining cover.
18. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT LOCK CABLE ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Disengage the 3 cable ties. |
(b) Disconnect the 2 clamps and remove the cable.
19. REMOVE NO. 3 SEATBACK FRAME SUB-ASSEMBLY RH
|
(a) Remove the 5 bolts and No. 3 seatback frame sub assembly. |
20. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ROD SUB-ASSEMBLY
|
(a) Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 seat rod sub-assembly. |
